If you're passionate about autonomous vehicles, we would love to hear from you! The Autonomous Vehicles Program Management team is searching for a creative and experienced manager to own the end-to-end development of new autonomous driving features for NVIDIA's autonomous vehicle platform. We are the leading artificial intelligence computing company and are paving the way with innovations in gaming, visualization, supercomputing and self-driving cars. As a key member of our Autonomy Program Team, you will be a key leader responsible for the software development execution of our autonomous driving software stack. NVIDIA gives automakers, Tier 1 suppliers, automotive research institutions, and start‑ups the power and flexibility to develop and deploy breakthrough artificial intelligence systems for self‑driving vehicles. Today, we are working with over 270 partners that are using our platform in the development of autonomous cars, trucks, shuttles and taxis.

What you'll be doing:
  • Own the delivery roadmap and health of all autonomy software programs, keeping execution aligned with the various vehicle programs and customer timelines.
  • Lead and grow a team of experienced TPMs, hiring outstanding talent and guiding each person's professional development.
  • Stay hands‑on by personally leading the most critical and technically demanding programs, and by digging into design reviews, integration planning, and issue investigations to find root causes, challenge assumptions, and drive decisions.
  • Partner with program, product, and engineering leaders to turn top‑down strategy and ambiguous goals into executable plans with defined scope, milestones, accountable owners, and measurable outcomes.
  • Establish and run program governance, including planning, execution tracking, risk management, and reporting, so teams and leadership always know where each program stands.
  • Drive cross‑functional delivery of software features across engineering, test and validation, regulatory, and customer teams, resolving the most complex interdependencies and systemic risks.
  • Build strong partnerships with leaders across software, testing, regulatory affairs, and vehicle programs.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point and senior representative in cross‑functional and executive forums, giving leadership concise updates that turn complex technical and regulatory risks into clear decision points and recommendations.

What we need to see:
  • BS/MS Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of experience leading a team
  • 8+ years of overall relevant experience
  • Proven experience in Automotive, Perception, Path Planning, robotics and/or AI.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate on global projects across teams and time zones.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:
  • Proven experience leading end‑to‑end development of ADAS or self‑driving features
  • Experience as software engineer, software QA or systems engineer.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced Automotive OEM or supplier.
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
