NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the DRIVE AV Platform team. You will lead multiple programs across software, hardware, and validation, coordinating with cross-functional engineering groups to bring autonomous vehicle solutions from development to production.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in TPM roles with strong software/hardware knowledge, excellent communication, and proven ability to drive process improvements in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in industry and Technical Program Management in software engineering and releasing commercial products.
• Track record delivering scalable programs in fast-paced, multi-functional environments.
• Experience driving adoption of new workflows and process improvements.
• Strong technical acumen across software and hardware platforms.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent complex programs across the autonomous driving platform.
• Drive platform technologies from bring-up to production across software, hardware, vehicle, and validation teams.
• Manage automotive software development and releases in a dynamic environment.
• Define scope, roadmaps, schedules, and milestones with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies and risks to ensure quality releases.
