Job summary

TSMG Holding seeks a Self-Driving Systems Specialist to support diagnostics, calibration, configuration, and readiness of SDS across North America.

You will work with technicians, engineering, and operations to troubleshoot, validate hardware and software, and ensure safe testing and robotaxi operations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in automotive electronics, embedded systems, or robotics and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in automotive electronics, diagnostics, embedded systems, or robotics.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with vehicle electronics, sensors, control systems, or advanced hardware.
• Comfortable following structured software procedures and workflows.
• Ability to read diagnostics logs and engineering instructions.
• High attention to detail and procedural discipline.
• Good communication and cross-functional teamwork.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot SDS issues affecting vehicle performance and fleet readiness.
• Investigate problems related to cameras, LiDAR, radar, GPS/GNSS, compute units, and wiring.
• Execute structured diagnostic procedures and escalate complex cases with clear findings.
• Inspect, repair, replace, and validate SDS hardware components on vehicles.
• Perform software updates, configuration changes, and system validation checks.
• Calibrate sensors and verify system performance after maintenance or updates.
• Serve as on-site SME for SDS issues and collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Maintain thorough records of diagnostics, repairs, updates, and validation results.
