Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking a Self-Driving Systems Specialist (SDS Specialist) to diagnose, calibrate, configure, and validate self-driving systems in autonomous vehicles across North America. You will work with senior technicians, operations leads, and engineers to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure readiness for testing, deployment, and robotaxi services.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in automotive electronics or robotics, comfort with diagnostic tools, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in automotive electronics, diagnostics, embedded systems, robotics, or complex technical systems.
• Experience with vehicle electronics, sensors, control systems, or advanced technical hardware.
• Ability to work with diagnostic tools, logs, and engineering instructions.
• Fluent English and clear communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot self-driving system issues affecting vehicle performance and fleet readiness.
• Investigate technical problems related to cameras, LiDAR, radar, GPS/GNSS, compute units, sensors, and autonomic driving hardware.
• Perform calibration, verification, and validation for sensors and SDS components.
• Support software configuration, updates, and documentation for SDS platforms.
• Coordinate with engineering, fleet operations, and depot teams to reduce downtime.
