Job summary

Transdev is seeking an Autonomous Mobility & Fleet Specialist in the United States to operate and evaluate self-driving vehicles, provide ride-hail services, and execute safe roadside recovery operations. The role requires adaptability to shift schedules, travel, and multi-function deployment across autonomous and manual modes.

You will monitor software systems, document operational data, and deliver professional service to passengers while upholding safety as the top priority.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience driving on public roads.
• High School Diploma or GED; College degree preferred.
• Preferred: 6 months of autonomous vehicle testing or fleet deployment operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high safety, situational awareness, and professionalism inside and outside the vehicle.
• Safely operate and evaluate vehicles in autonomous and manual modes across defined routes and facilities.
• Provide customer service and roadside assistance to passengers in driverless vehicles.
• Coordinate vehicle batch setups and support recovery operations as needed.
