Job summary

Moove AV is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Manager to drive 24/7 ride-hail fleet operations. You will lead a ground team, manage depot activities, and enforce lean frameworks to ensure vehicle safety, availability, and performance.

You will bridge operational playbooks with daily deployment, using AI-driven tools and dashboards to optimize efficiency, reduce cycle times, and meet KPI targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in fast-paced, high-complexity ops (EV fleets, logistics, warehousing, or similar).
• Kaizen or Six Sigma principles; eliminate waste and improve workflows.
• Comfort with AI tools and dashboards for ops management.
• Experience managing hourly and salaried ops teams; hands-on leadership.
• Degree in Operations/Logistics or related field; work authorization in the US.

Responsibilities

• Co-manage day-to-day fleet ops ensuring 24/7 service.
• Enforce SOPs using Kaizen; identify friction points and improve on floor.
• Manage depot facilities, safety, and vendor coordination for SLAs.
• Lead and mentor ground team; monitor fleet health and metrics.
• Report KPIs to GM and align with regional strategy.
