Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous instructor, team lead, or supervisory experience is a plus, with 2+ years in autonomous vehicle operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Vehicle Operators during daily operations.
• Ensure teams follow safety procedures and meet performance standards.
• Coordinate schedules, complete shift documentation, and provide performance feedback.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and collaborate with fleet leadership.
• Lead by example, supporting assignments both inside and outside vehicles.
