Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Team Lead to manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the team delivers on SLAs and KPIs in a 24/7/365 fleet environment. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of safety and operational readiness.

You will lead a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement, and optimize shift coverage while balancing cost efficiency and fatigue management. This role sits in our fleet operations in the United States.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in supervisory role within high-stakes environments.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and coach a team of specialists across multiple shifts to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Oversee depot processes, including sensor calibration and pre-deployment quality checks, ensuring vehicle safety and performance.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for fleet incidents and coordinate cross-functional communication with Software Engineering and Dispatch.
