Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Operations Technical Specialist for small drones to help ensure reliability of Ghost, Bolt, and Anvil platforms. You will triage incidents, deploy fixes, and drive fleet-wide improvements while collaborating with multiple teams to sustain mission readiness.

You will also analyze system failures, improve observability, and communicate with global customers to ensure timely resolutions. This role requires a DoD/defense mindset and readiness for travel.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with 2+ years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Self-starter who independently identifies and resolves issues.
• Strong problem solving at hardware-software-network interfaces.
• Demonstrated ability to master complex technical systems in operational use.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication; comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Sustain Ghost, Bolt, and Anvil deployments by aligning customer missions with product behavior.
• Triage, diagnose, and root cause incidents; drive postmortems and systemic improvements.
• Improve fleet observability and health telemetry in collaboration across teams.
• Analyze failure data to define trends and allocate sustainment resources.
• Support global customers with proactive communication and timely resolutions.
• Bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders to maximize capability availability.
