We are seeking a systems engineer with extensive post-grad experience to lead end-to-end development, collaborate across teams, and ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and seamless software-hardware integration while

Qualifications

8+ years of post-grad industry experience in electrical, aerospace, or systems engineering.
Experience in design, development, integration, and test of complex systems.
Hands-on prototyping, troubleshooting, and build experience.
Experience developing automated test scripts and frameworks using Python or MATLAB.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
U.S. Secret security clearance or higher.
Ability to travel up to 25% for test planning and execution.

Responsibilities

Lead development for end-to-end solutions by defining requirements and system architecture.
Design, develop, and maintain system components meeting functional and performance requirements.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure reliability, scalability, and resilience of software.
Collaborate with hardware engineers and product managers for integration.
Document software engineering processes and ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
