Qualifications

• 12+ years post-grad experience in electrical, aerospace, or systems engineering.
• Experience designing, integrating, and testing complex systems.
• Hands-on prototyping, troubleshooting, and build experience.
• Experience developing automated test scripts and frameworks (Python, MATLAB).
• Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must hold a U.S. Secret security clearance or higher.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for test planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of system architecture with cross-functional teams.
• Design, develop, and maintain system components meeting performance requirements.
• Test and debug to ensure reliability, scalability, and resilience in distributed systems.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers and product managers for software-hardware integration.
