Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Deployment Engineer for the Anvil product line to ensure reliability of fielded systems. You will bridge development and operations, automate tasks, manage incidents, and enhance system stability across UAV platforms.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams to drive continuous improvements, set up monitoring, and develop telemetry dashboards. Occasional travel to customer sites (<50%) is expected as part of delivery and sustainment.

Qualifications

• Extensive UAV operational experience in field and lab environments.
• Proficiency with flight telemetry systems and UAV ground control software.
• Ability to troubleshoot UAV hardware/software issues across platforms.
• Strong data-driven approach to root-cause analyses and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support to field operations teams installing, operating, and maintaining Anvil systems.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues to drive short- and long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to ensure reliability by design.
• Lead post-mortem sessions with engineering to drive product improvements.
• Set up monitoring and alerting to track health and performance of systems.
• Build data pipelines and dashboards to visualize fleet metrics and telemetry.
• Prepare technical docs for customers, field ops, and engineering teams.
• Travel to customer sites (<50%) to support delivery, evaluation, and sustainment.
