Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Deployment Engineer for the Anvil product line to ensure reliability of fielded systems. You will bridge development and operations, automate tasks, manage incidents, and improve system stability.

You will work with engineering, product, and customer support to drive post-mortems, monitor system health, and deliver data-driven improvements. Occasional travel to customer sites (<50%) is expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with UAV operations and related hardware/software.
• Proficient with flight telemetry systems and ground control software.
• Strong Linux command-line skills for data extraction/manipulation.
• Experience building dashboards and data-driven insights from telemetry.
• Proven ability to perform on-call support in production environments.
• Experience diagnosing and fixing complex hardware/software issues in operational settings.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with engineering, product, and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and field support to ensure installation and operation of Anvil systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, driving short- and long-term resolutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance reliability and performance.
• Lead post-mortem analyses and drive continuous product improvement.
• Set up and maintain monitoring and alerting for system health.
• Build data pipelines and dashboards integrating telemetry and cloud data.
• Create technical docs for customers, field ops, and engineering.
• Travel to customer sites (<50%) to support delivery and sustainment.
