Job summary

Anduril Industries in Atlanta, GA seeks a technically adept incubent to triage and root-cause complex incidents across the Altius fleet. You will analyze telemetry, logs, and hardware/software interfaces to drive permanent fixes, while collaborating with software and hardware teams to improve overall reliability.

You will engage with mission teams to deliver swift, precise support, and be the bridge between deeply technical engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience supporting, troubleshooting, or maintaining complex technical systems (aerospace, robotics, automotive, defense, or electromechanical systems).
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field, OR equivalent hands-on military, aerospace, or industrial technical experience.
• Strong aptitude for problem solving in unstructured situations at the interface of hardware, software, and networking, with a proven ability to drive vague technical problems to clarity and resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to find and resolve issues on your own, with an innate drive to be self-sufficient across the depth and breadth of a technical system.
• You execute the 100th rep of a process with the same focus and care as the first five reps.
• Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills, and confidence navigating ambiguity and crafting new ways of doing things.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security clearance, and based in (or willing to relocate to) the Atlanta, GA area.

Responsibilities

• Own the Incident: triage and root-cause product incidents across the global Altius fleet.
• Debug the Hard Problems: review logs and telemetry to isolate failures across hardware, software, networking.
• Master the System: build deep expertise across air vehicle and launcher configurations.
• Drive Fleet Reliability: collaborate to convert field failures into system improvements.
• Sharpen Our Visibility: improve observability and health telemetry with teams.
• Find the Trends: analyze failure data to define trends and sustainment plans.
• Support the Mission: deliver technical support to global users during incidents.
• Bridge the Gap: translate tech details for non-technical stakeholders.
• Build the Playbook: contribute to runbooks and triage procedures.
• Travel: travel as needed to support operations.
