Gatik, a leader in autonomous middle-mile logistics, is seeking a Fleet Operations Manager to bridge core hardware engineering, depot dispatch, and maintenance execution. You will oversee Fleet Readiness & Availability and Dual-Layer Fleet Health & Safety to ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance and ADS hardware health.

You will govern third-party maintenance providers, manage warranty turnaround, and optimize cost-per-mile using telematics while maintaining high vehicle uptime.

Formación

• 5+ years in commercial fleet operations, logistics maintenance management, or related field.
• 3+ years managing external maintenance vendors under SLAs.
• Knowledge of Class 4–8 commercial truck platforms and FMCSA/DOT regulations.
• Experience extracting/analyzing vehicle data from FMS/CMMS and telematics.
• Experience leading root-cause investigations and documenting SOPs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Fleet Readiness & Scheduling to maximize availability and meet route schedules.
• Oversee Dual-Layer Fleet Health & Compliance with FMCSA/DOT regulations and ADS hardware health.
• Manage third-party maintenance vendors, dealership networks, and warranty processes to meet SLAs.
• Leverage telemetry data to reduce cost-per-mile and report KPIs.
