Gatik is seeking a Fleet Operations Manager to lead the interface between central hardware engineering, depot dispatch, and local maintenance. The role focuses on Fleet Readiness & Availability and Dual-Layer Fleet Health & Safety to ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance and ADS integrity.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Market Operations, you will manage third-party maintenance, warranty turnarounds, root-cause protocols, and telematics-driven cost-per-mile improvements while maintaining high vehicle

Formación

• 5+ years in commercial fleet ops or related field.
• 3+ years managing external maintenance vendors with SLAs.
• Knowledge of Class 4–8 trucks, diesel, FMCSA/DOT compliance.
• Experience with FMS/CMMS, telematics data, and reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s degree and valid driver's license; CDL A a plus.

• Analyze telemetry to reduce cost per mile and report KPIs.
