Gatik, a leader in autonomous middle-mile logistics, is seeking a Sr. Manager, Market Operations to lead our regional deployment in North America from Fort Worth, TX.

This onsite role drives depot operations, safety, and growth across live autonomous freight routes in a fast-paced, tech-forward R&D setting. You will oversee a multidisciplinary site leadership team, ensure fleet reliability and safety, and build scalable market expansion while maintaining strong customer SLAs and operational

Qualificações

• 6-10+ years of operational leadership in freight logistics, depot operations, or autonomous transportation.
• Proven track record with multi-disciplinary teams (fleet, safety, service, technicians, shift supervisors).
• Deep expertise in middle-mile and last-mile freight flows, yard management, dock staging, and fueling infra.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee depot, freight and yard logistics to meet customer SLAs and optimize vehicle turnaround times.
• Partner with local Fleet Manager and AV/Hardware/Product teams on field testing, maintenance, and return-to-service cycles.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management of safety drivers and yard staff; manage shift accountability.
