Gatik is seeking a Sr. Manager, Market Operations to lead end-to-end operations in a designated region. The role oversees depot and yard logistics, fleet uptime, and safety compliance while guiding driver management and vendor operations.

You will drive market expansion, working with local authorities and partners to scale autonomous freight services. Based onsite in Fort Worth, TX, you will manage a multidisciplinary site leadership team and ensure fleet reliability, safety, and efficient

Qualificações

6–10+ years in operational leadership in freight logistics or related fields.
Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
Deep knowledge of middle-mile freight flows and yard management.
Mechanical understanding of commercial vehicle systems.
Experience negotiating vendor SLAs.
Willingness to resolve real-time field disruptions on-site.
Ability to link depot execution to growth and profitability.
Data-driven with KPI analysis.

Responsabilidades

Oversee depot, fleet, yard logistics and schedules to meet SLAs.
Oversee maintenance, vendor relationships, and field testing with AV/tech teams.
Lead recruitment, onboarding and shift leadership for drivers and yard staff.
Enforce Safety Management System adherence and regulatory compliance.
Develop and execute market launch playbooks for depot expansion and routes.
