Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team in Florida. As a new sales professional, you will engage with business owners to introduce high quality supplemental insurance solutions. You will receive immersive training combining online learning with hands‑on mentorship in your territory.

No prior sales experience is required; we tailor the right candidate. You will take charge of your local domain, building a client portfolio and meeting targets under guidance from your sales manager.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine connections quickly.
• Track record of exceeding expectations in sales, athletics, or leadership roles.
• Willingness to obtain health and life insurance producer license in resident state (license fees reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses, develop relationships with local owners, and reservice clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Record daily work stats and updates at end of day.
