Soum is a tech-enabled marketplace platform operating in the MENA region, now expanding its US recruiting footprint. We’re seeking a recruiter who can own multiple openings from sourcing to offer, and partner with hiring managers to move fast.

Fluent Arabic and English are required, with hands-on sourcing for passive candidates and Lever ATS experience. You’ll join an autonomous culture that values speed, ownership, and measurable results.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience, in-house or agency.
• Hands-on sourcing with passive candidates and ATS experience (Lever preferred).
• Fluent Arabic and English, with familiarity with Saudi/MENA market a strong plus.

Aufgaben

• Run recruitment for 5-6 concurrent open roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Join intake meetings to understand role needs and coordinate interviews and feedback.
• Keep Lever pipeline data accurate and contribute to employer branding.
