Atoms in Dubai is seeking a Recruiter to scale Field Engineering and Field Operations for autonomous haulage deployments at mining sites.

Own the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with site leadership to define needs, calibrate talent profiles, and align recruiting with deployment timelines.

Build deep pipelines across mining operations leaders, field technicians, and robotics/software engineers; market-map external sectors to find candidates beyond job boards.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical, field or operations roles
• Ability to discuss mine production cycles, CAN diagnostics, or embedded Linux debugging
• Experience recruiting for remote, rotational or site-based roles; GCC labour markets knowledge is a plus
• Proven success managing fast-moving searches across multiple geographies and time zones
• Strategic partner who can influence engineering and operations leaders, advise on talent markets, and drive clarity in role definition
• Exceptional communicator able to build trust with senior stakeholders, site leadership and hands-on technical candidates alike

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for Field Engineering and Field Operations roles supporting autonomous haulage deployments
• Partner with leadership to define hiring needs, calibrate on technical talent, and align recruiting strategy to deployment timelines
• Build deep pipelines across mining operations leaders, field service and mechatronics technicians, and robotics/software engineers
• Market-map the mining, heavy equipment OEM, automotive electronics and autonomous vehicle sectors to find talent beyond job boards
• Sell a demanding proposition: FIFO rotations, rugged site environments, and on-site work to attract candidates
• Drive strategic hiring initiatives that improve time-to-fill and deployment plans
• Use funnel data and insights to identify bottlenecks and maintain a high bar for talent
