Job summary

Community Phone is seeking a Recruiter to own our Egypt talent pipeline end to end. You will source candidates, screen them, move them through every stage, and keep each applicant informed from first message to first day.

This fully remote role requires 2–4 years in recruiting, strong English, and the ability to work US business hours from Egypt. You will collaborate with managers, coordinate onboarding, and report hiring metrics to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of recruiting experience, including high-volume or cohort-based hiring
• Direct experience sourcing and hiring for customer support or contact center roles
• Hands-on experience working in customer support yourself, as an agent, team lead, QA, or workforce role
• Advanced verbal and written English; able to assess another person’s English accurately
• Practical experience running an ATS day-to-day (Rippling preferred; comparable systems fine)
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or Sales Navigator for outbound sourcing
• Strong organization and follow-through: comfortable holding 50+ active candidates across multiple roles without losing track of any of them
• Comfort working with hiring data and reporting on your own funnel
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace for calls

Responsibilities

• Own the applicant pipeline within the recruiting process from sourcing to offer
• Source actively using LinkedIn and job boards to reach experienced support talent
• Run first-round screens, assess English fluency, and evaluate soft skills
• Handle candidate communications, set expectations, and coordinate interviews
• Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles and scorecards
• Coordinate onboarding handoff, offers, and equipment readiness
• Report on hiring metrics and use data to optimize sourcing efforts
