Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver functional rehabilitation in home and community settings across Nashville, TN and surrounding areas.

You will evaluate, plan and adjust treatments, support clients in real-life activities, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve safety and independence. A flexible schedule, field work, and ongoing education are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as per state requirements.
• At least one year of PT experience preferred.
• Knowledge of neurorehabilitation techniques.
• Strong communication and professionalism.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds; up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Regularly reassess effectiveness, attend staffing and family conferences
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations
• Communicate needs and progress to treatment team, physicians, clients, and families
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and improve outcomes
