Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in California is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide functional rehabilitation across home, school, work, and community environments. You will assess, treat, and guide patients in real-life activities such as cooking, shopping, and navigating public spaces.

You will operate with autonomy within a collaborative therapy team, delivering evaluations, progress reviews, and discharge planning with family and care providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted PT license in the practicing state.
• BLS/CPR certification as required by state regulations.
• At least one year of physical therapist experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehab techniques for neurological injuries.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess treatment effectiveness and attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Conduct discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations and resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure collaboration and improved outcomes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification

Minimum of one year PT experience

Knowledge of neurological rehabilitation techniques
