Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver functional rehabilitation in home and community settings. You will evaluate, plan, and adapt therapy to real-life activities, minimizing staged environments while supporting independence.

You will work autonomously within a collaborative team, handling diverse cases across home, school, work, and community contexts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted license as Physical Therapist by the practicing state.
• Current CPR/BLS certification per state requirements.
• At least one year of PT experience preferred.
• Knowledge of neuro rehabilitation techniques and safety standards.
• Clear communication skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and attend meetings with family and team.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the team, physicians, and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
