Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Nashville, TN seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver functional rehabilitation in home, community, school, and workplace settings. You will evaluate, plan, and adapt therapy to real-life activities, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes autonomous work within a collaborative group, with emphasis on meaningful, life-context rehabilitation and ongoing professional development.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited PT program.
• Active state license as Physical Therapist.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of PT experience preferred.
• Knowledge of neurological rehabilitation techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans and participate in staffing meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
