Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver functional rehab in home, school, work, and community settings in Reno, NV. You’ll evaluate, plan, and adjust treatments that translate to real life activities, with an autonomous role within a collaborative therapy team.

Responsibilities include evaluations, ongoing plan updates, discharge planning, and inter-disciplinary communication to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR/BLS certification per state requirements.
• Minimum one year of PT work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological injury.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and participate in staff/family meetings.
• Conduct discharge evaluations and advise home/community safety.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care.
