Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in the Greater Boston area. You will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinate with owners, architects, and subs, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contracts using tools like Procore.

Qualifications

5+ years of commercial construction experience.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Procore or similar construction management software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Maintain project budgets and schedules.
Manage contracts, subcontractors, and change orders.
Review drawings, contracts, and specs.
Lead procurement, buyout, and contract administration.
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and vendors.
Lead project and subcontractor meetings and liaise with field supervision.
Monitor progress and address schedule or budget concerns.
Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
Ensure safety, quality standards, and client relationships.
