You will oversee preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, subs, and leadership to deliver successful projects. The role requires solid GC/CM PM experience, ability to manage budgets and schedules, and proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial GC/CM projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, contracts, and change management.
• Ability to work with clients, architects, engineers, and subs.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Lead subcontractor buyout, scopes of work, procurement, and contract negotiations.
• Partner closely with the Superintendent on field execution, schedule, quality, and safety.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and design teams.
• Manage budgets, job costing, forecasting, billing, and financial performance.
• Prepare and negotiate owner and subcontractor change orders.
• Lead project meetings and communicate schedule, cost, and project status.
• Identify potential risks and resolve issues before they impact the project.
• Manage punch lists, turnover, final billing, and closeout.
