Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead multiple commercial construction projects for a well-established general contractor. You will drive preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout, develop schedules and budgets, coordinate subs and vendors, and report on cost performance.

You have a Bachelor's in CM/Engineering or related field and 5+ years of GC experience, with proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field.
• 5+ years managing commercial construction projects for a General Contractor.
• Healthcare, higher education, laboratory, institutional, or interior fit-out experience preferred.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, cost control and contract administration.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or Primavera preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
• Lead projects through preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners.
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Monitor project financial performance and prepare monthly cost reports.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Conduct owner meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.
