The ideal candidate has 3+ years in construction, with proven RFI, change order, scheduling, and planning expertise, plus excellent communication, problem-solving, and team skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in a project management role.
• Experience in RFI management, change order management, scheduling and planning.
• Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated decision-making skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of the project lifecycle from planning to closeout.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet requirements.
• Manage RFIs and change orders; document, communicate, and implement changes.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; track progress and stay on budget.
• Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Participate in project meetings and provide status updates.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry standards.
