Our client is an established commercial construction company serving the Greater Boston and New England market. They have built a strong reputation for delivering quality projects while maintaining long-term relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and other project partners.
Their work spans a variety of commercial construction environments, providing project leaders with the opportunity to manage projects that require strong coordination, attention to detail, and hands‑on leadership.
The company is continuing to grow and is looking to add an experienced Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout.
This is an opportunity for a Project Manager who wants real ownership of their projects and the ability to make an impact.
You'll work closely with company leadership, Superintendents, subcontractors, clients, and design teams rather than getting lost in layers of corporate bureaucracy. The PM will have a direct influence on project strategy, financial performance, scheduling, client relationships, and overall project success.
The ideal candidate will have the autonomy to run their projects while still having the support of an experienced construction team behind them.
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
This person will be responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, subcontractors, client relationships, and project documentation while working closely with the Superintendent to ensure successful field execution.
This is a strong opportunity for a Project Manager who is ready to take ownership of their projects, have a direct impact on the business, and work with a team that values quality construction and strong relationships. If you're looking for more autonomy without sacrificing the support of an established organization, this is worth a conversation.
