Material Holdings LLC is seeking a Sr. Associate, Program Management to lead cross-functional initiatives across Brand Design, Social, Web Development, UX Research and Strategy. You will own day-to-day execution, manage client relationships, and drive project delivery with an eye for efficiency and profitability.

The role emphasizes autonomous work, strong communication, and leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work near NYC/LA/Austin preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of program/project management experience in an agency, tech, or media setting.
• Demonstrated autonomy with leadership of teams and projects.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools to boost productivity.
• Experience across Brand Design, Social, Web Dev, Research and Strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead smaller projects from kickoff through delivery and support larger initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day execution across diverse creative, strategic and technical workstreams.
• Integrate AI capabilities to streamline PM tasks and improve workflows.
• Manage client relationships and cross-functional communications.
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, budgets and track profitability.
• Identify risks early and escalate appropriately to leadership.
