Job summary

• Proven track record delivering high-visibility initiatives on cadence.
• Comfort working in remote-first, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of multi-quarter design programs across Design, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Business Development.
• Build and deploy AI-enabled workflows to automate status reporting, resource tracking, and communications.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships and contracts for design tooling while optimizing licensing costs.
• Oversee contractor and agency relationships, supporting procurement and cost efficiency.
• Lead capacity planning, roadmapping, and tooling integrations to improve team health and visibility.
• Collaborate with design systems teams to align programs with system evolution and governance.
• Translate leadership priorities into actionable programs and measurable outcomes.
• Apply design thinking to balance creativity, scalability, and business impact.
