Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior AI Project Manager to lead complex AI-driven and IT initiatives across a growing portfolio. Translate ambiguity into structured delivery and guide cross-functional teams, including executive stakeholders, to successful outcomes.

You will own multiple workstreams, craft comprehensive plans, manage risks, and maintain accountability for project health while collaborating with IT, Security, and QA partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management or technical IT experience.
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and interdependent workstreams.
• Basic familiarity with AI tools and platforms (generative AI, automation, data pipelines, or similar).
• Exceptional communication skills—comfortable presenting to technical teams and C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery across multiple high-priority workstreams.
• Facilitate solution development with subject matter experts and build project plans and risk registers.
• Lead governance and reporting cadences: status meetings, standups, milestone reviews, executive updates.
• Coordinate with external IT, Security, Engineering, and QA; ensure partners meet timelines.
