Job summary

G-P (Globalization Partners) is seeking a Principal Product Program Manager to translate ambitious goals into a structured system view. You will drive multiple complex programs, govern AI-enabled workflows, and ensure timely delivery through a strict program playbook.

You will own execution rhythm, leadership reporting, and centralized work surfaces (Jira/Confluence). Collaboration across remote-first teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in SaaS product development, program management, and release management.
• Direct experience with AI-driven development lifecycles and agentic workflows.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
• Proven ability to mobilize teams in ambiguous environments and earn trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent programs varying in size and complexity.
• Ensure programs align to a strict Program Playbook and deliver outcomes.
• Establish execution rhythm, remove blockers, and define ownership.
• Provide clear reporting on health, milestones, and risks to leadership.
• Integrate AI into PM workflows and automate RAID logs.
• Manage centralized Work Surface (Jira/Confluence) for status tracking.
