Job summary

The Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation program, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is hiring an Occupational Therapist to deliver functional rehabilitation in home and community settings. You will evaluate clients, design treatment plans, and monitor progress across real-life contexts such as kitchens, stores, and workplaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license in practicing state.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Re-assess effectiveness, attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations with home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and outcomes.
