Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide functional rehabilitation in home and community settings. You will help clients perform real-life tasks like cooking, shopping, and workplace activities, advancing independence in natural environments.

You will assess, plan, implement and adjust interventions, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support families with education resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist.
• CPR certification required and current.

Responsabilités

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans and participate in staffing meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
