Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver functional rehabilitation in home, school, work, and community settings.

You will evaluate patients, create and adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with a broader care team to promote independence and safety. The role emphasizes real-life applications and requires physical capability to assist patients in varied environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license by the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year’s OT work experience.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological conditions preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations and resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
