Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in the Charleston area is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide functional rehabilitation in home, school, work, and community settings.

You will develop and adjust treatment plans, perform assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support independent living. Flexible schedule, hourly pay, and mileage reimbursement accompany growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license by state in which practicing.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year’s work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds; moving/patient handling up to 100 pounds with safety.
• Physical requirements include standing/walking for extended periods.

Mansioni

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing/family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to treatment team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
