Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Fort Mill, SC seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide functional rehabilitation across home, school, work, and community settings. You will lead evaluations, develop and adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes autonomous practice with a supportive team, flexible scheduling, and travel reimbursement. Requires OT license, CPR, and neurological rehab knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted state OT license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum one year of OT work experience.
• Knowledge of rehab techniques for neurological conditions preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; up to 100 pounds with safety.
• Physical requirements include moving, bending and standing for extended periods.
• Health screen may be required prior to assignment

Responsabilités

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess treatment effectiveness, attend staffing and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, and family.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to enhance patient outcomes.
