Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver functional rehabilitation in home, school, work, or community settings in Raleigh, North Carolina. You will conduct evaluations, develop and adjust treatment plans, and support clients in real-life activities like cooking, grocery shopping, dining out, and workplace tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license in practicing state.
• CPR Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans; attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations and referrals.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
