Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Fort Mill, SC seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide functional rehab across home and community settings. You will treat clients in real-life contexts such as kitchens, stores, restaurants, and workplaces, promoting independence and safety.

The role offers autonomy within a collaborative therapy team, with flexible scheduling, hourly pay, and driving/mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license by the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year's work experience as an OT.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds with potential up to 100 pounds with safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient's needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordinated care and improved outcomes
