Job summary

Ennoble Care in Maryland seeks an experienced Advanced Provider (NP/PA) for a full-time role in Baltimore County. You will provide high-quality primary and palliative care under physician supervision for patients with chronic diseases.

Requirements include Maryland board certification and 1–2 years in primary care with geriatric patients. The role offers autonomy, a flexible schedule, in-house clinical support, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in Maryland
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to accurately diagnose and treat
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients (hospice experience preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality primary and palliative care in Baltimore County
• Perform physical exams, review histories, and create care plans
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits
• Order diagnostic tests as needed and prescribe medications
