Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide true one-on-one neuro rehab in home and community settings. You will evaluate, plan, and adjust treatment to improve mobility, balance, and independence in real-world environments.

This high-autonomy role lets you control your schedule, caseload, and treatment focus, offering meaningful outcomes over productivity quotas in a local coverage area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification as per state regulations.
• At least 1 year of physical therapy work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness and attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home and community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patients' needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure collaboration and improve outcomes.
