Job summary

Transdev North America, Inc. seeks Autonomous Mobility & Fleet Specialists to operate and evaluate self-driving vehicles, provide ride-hail services, and perform safe roadside recovery. The role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and adaptability across multiple functions.

You will be trained across operations, fleet logistics, and field recovery, with travel up to 10–20% and a strong focus on customer service and incident reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of driving on public roads.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 4-year college degree preferred in a related field.
• Preferred experience: autonomous vehicle testing or fleet deployment operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high safety, situational awareness, and professionalism.
• Operate and evaluate vehicles in autonomous and manual modes across routes and facilities.
• Monitor software systems and onboard data recording computers.
• Provide clear daily reports and feedback on vehicle operations and bugs.
• Assist as a spotter and support vehicle recovery operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and roadside assistance to passengers.
