Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking skilled BCBA/LABA professionals to lead ABA therapy initiatives across diverse client populations in Spokane Valley. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior change plans, and monitor progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and school staff, ongoing supervision of Behavior Technicians, and opportunities for sponsored CEUs. Competitive hourly pay with weekly payroll is provided.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs and commitment to excellence in applied behavioral analysis.
• Current BCaBA certificate OR LABA license (or ability to apply)
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills

Responsabilités

• Conduct behavioral assessments, identifying appropriate behavior goals and intervention techniques
• Develop individualized behavior change plans for a diverse client base
• Monitor progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly, maintaining high rates of progress
• Maintain strong collaborative relationships with families, caregivers, and school staff
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians
