Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking leaders to join our team of BCBAs and LABAs to advance ABA therapy for our clients. The position offers hourly pay of $38-42 with weekly paychecks, and includes comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized behavior change plans, monitoring progress, collaborating with families and school staff, and supervising Behavior Technicians. BCBA/BCaBA/LABA certification is required or in process.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
• MUST have current BCaBA certificate OR LABA license (or ability to apply) OR BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments, identifying goals and intervention techniques.
• Develop individualized behavior change plans for a diverse client base.
• Monitor progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly.
• Maintain strong collaborative relationships with families, caregivers, and school staff.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians.
