Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking BCBA/ LABA/ BCaBA qualified professionals to lead ABA therapy programs in the Washington area. The role focuses on assessing behavior, designing individualized plans, and tracking progress with diverse clients.

You will work closely with families, caregivers, and school staff while supervising Behavior Technicians and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
• Passion for working with children with special needs and commitment to ABA.
• Ability to supervise and train technicians and coordinate with families and school staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments, identifying appropriate behavior goals and intervention techniques.
• Develop individualized behavior change plans for a diverse client base.
• Monitor progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly, maintaining high rates of progress.
• Maintain strong collaborative relationships with families, caregivers, and school staff.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians.
