Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Medina, WA is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery and ensure continuity of care across teams.

You will coordinate regional operations, mentor supervisees, and maintain high clinical and ethical standards in line with licensure requirements. The role supports flexible scheduling and hybrid work opportunities, with a focus on professional growth and compliance with WA regulations.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree, 1000 field work hours and one year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, which involves designing and/or providing oversight for behavior modification intervention services.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246‑805‑210. Complete at least 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics described in WAC 246‑805‑220.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246‑805‑230.

Responsabilités

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in ABA or related field

1000 field work hours

One year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis

WAC 246‑805‑210 – 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics

WAC 246‑805‑230 – supervised experience
